Contracts and Interim roles can be a FTC (fixed term contract) that is often 3m, 6m or 12 months or more and where the candidate is on the employers payroll (known as inside IR35) or a temporary role on a fixed rate per day or hour (this can be inside or outside IR35 depending on various criteria being met. If outside IR35 the candidate will be on our payroll and we currently offer online timesheets and 30 days payment terms).
