Financial Services Business Resilience Analyst

Location: London (City) / Hybrid

The Opportunity
In an era of increasing digital complexity, the ability of the financial sector to withstand and recover from operational disruption is a top priority. We are looking for a Financial Services Resilience Analyst to join our Digital & Technology team. You will sit at the centre of the industry's collective response to risk, helping to optimise how firms prepare for and recognise emerging threats.

You will have an understanding of operational resilience and the considerations of how firms prepare and respond to, and recover from operational risks that materialise into incidents, a key priority for firms and the regulators to support your Manager.

Key Responsibilities

·         Strategic Coordination: Support the delivery of industry-wide work-plans and sector-wide exercises, ensuring project documentation is managed with precision.

·         Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for member firms, facilitating high-level committee meetings and organising roundtables.

·         Regulatory Briefing: Stabilise and prepare critical briefing materials for senior leadership ahead of engagements with major UK authorities.

·         Research & Analysis: Conduct "deep dives" into new legislation and assess recent operational incidents to produce reports for industry leaders.

·         Administrative Diligence: Oversee senior schedules and ensure all briefing documents are finalised to a high standard.

The Ideal Candidate

·         1–2 Years’ experience: You have likely worked in a professional office environment in Financial Services, Advisory or specifically regarding FS resilience and are looking to specialise in financial risk.

·         Analytical Rigour: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to analyse quantitative data and identify common themes.

·         Communication: An excellent communicator with the confidence to engage with people at all levels of seniority.

·         Organisational Excellence: Proven ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet agreed deadlines.

Requirements

·         Degree qualified or able to demonstrate degree-level critical thinking.

·         Must legally have the right to reside and work in the UK.
