In an era of increasing digital complexity, the ability of the financial sector to withstand and recover from operational disruption is a top priority. We are looking for a Financial Services Resilience Analyst to join our Digital & Technology team. You will sit at the centre of the industry's collective response to risk, helping to optimise how firms prepare for and recognise emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities

· Regulatory Briefing: Stabilise and prepare critical briefing materials for senior leadership ahead of engagements with major UK authorities.
· Research & Analysis: Conduct "deep dives" into new legislation and assess recent operational incidents to produce reports for industry leaders.
· Administrative Diligence: Oversee senior schedules and ensure all briefing documents are finalised to a high standard.
The Ideal Candidate
· 1–2 Years’ experience: You have likely worked in a professional office environment in Financial Services, Advisory or specifically regarding FS resilience and are looking to specialise in financial risk.

· Communication: An excellent communicator with the confidence to engage with people at all levels of seniority.
· Organisational Excellence: Proven ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet agreed deadlines.
