Head of/ Director, Sales to Public Sector

Location (WFH)

OTE is targeted at double base but comes with no threashold or cap.

Our client who provides solutions in DFIR, Cyber, Data analytics, eDiscovery and related areas in over seventy countries and is a listed firm is seeking a Head of Public Sector Sales already working with Regulators, Law enforcement and Central Government you will expand existing accounts and importantly bring on new business in this growing and strategically important area.

There is also likely to be opportunities to develop and grow into a global role.

You will create and deliver on an overall plan incorporating account plans, marketing and event strategies and solutions focusing on Northern Europe, built to achieve a three year growth planDevelop the business across the key areas of Enforcement, Central Government & Regulators and Defence & Security.Create cross regional and functional alignment for Global AccountsSupport and drive outcomes through the sales team to achieve goals, particularly in enabling them to reach or exceed their revenue sales targetsTraditional sales line management authority, facilitate, innovate to grow the channels within the domain, be they direct or partner

Undertake financial modelling and develop sales methodology as required

You will most likely:

Be a leader in Digital Investigations & Forensics or similar areas (Cyber/IR, Malware etc.)Be an experienced Sales Director and/or business leaderHave extensive experience of growing Government business both direct and through channel partnersStrong background in new business growthIdeally a detailed knowledge of the vertical including established professional networks, competition and technology.Ability to connect and sell solutions to existing and prospective customersDetailed understanding of software, services and technology within Investigation, Cyber Security, Information Governance and/or eDiscoveryProven strong influencing, negotiating and communication skills with external and internal customers including supplier/ alliance partner relationshipsStrong financial and commercial   analysis skills Higher education  qualifications -  MBA is a plusHigh degree of professionalism, with a confident, assertive styleA proven track record leading, succeeding and motivating one 's self and a wider team Strong leadership skills including the ability to lead by example
