Overview
We are looking to hire a self-starting and high-performing individual with a primary focus on client relationship management, engagement leadership and team management within our Digital practice. The candidate will require demonstrable leadership and mentoring skills, while having a keen ability to innovate service offerings to meet client requirements. The ability to liaise with clients, understand their business and formulate solutions to address their requirements will be essential.
Responsibilities
Business development alongside Digital leadership team
Manage, deliver and grow co-source and outsource IT Internal Audit and IT Governance portfolio and match client needs to Digital offerings and capabilities
Devise IT internal audit plans aligned with client’s business strategies and business risk and manage execution thereof
Assess, advise on and drive implementation of IT Governance best practices
Delivery of business process and control optimisation engagements leveraging understanding of ERP enabled business processes (ie P2P, O2C, H2R, R2R) and data analytics to understand business operations and identify opportunities and underlying root causes including:
o facilitating client workshops
o diagnosing root causes
o generating alternatives
o building support for proposed changes
Role Requirements
Demonstrable experience having worked within a role of this nature within major consulting/advisory firms is essential.
All candidates must be fluent in English
Strong business development skills and able to demonstrate managing a client portfolio.
Technical data analytics skills e.g. MS SQL, IDEA and SAP
Strong IT Governance capability
Good understanding of application of emerging tools and solutions supporting Digital Transformation (automation, predictive analytics)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to write professional proposals and reports requiring little input
Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple engagements
Ability to network and interact effectively internally and externally
Capable of effectively managing a team of professionals and delegating work assignments as required
Ability to build strong relationships with clients
Ability to contribute to the professional
development of junior team members
