Forensic Accounting - Litigation, Disputes, Expert – Senior Manager
Team Leadership role.
Analysis of complex legal documents and large volumes of documents requiring the ability to review and identify key issues for litigation, disputes etc..
Create final written expert reports for use in legal proceedings or for advice to solicitors or clients.
Liaising with solicitors and barristers as a normal part of a litigation support case proceedure.
Build relationships with all clients, establishing both rapport and trust. Assume real ownership of client relationships.
Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent.Extensive Forensic Accounting work experience and particularly legal is a plus.Previous management experience of teams and managing own work, WIP, Budgets etc..
