Forensic Accountants - (Accountant, Manager, Associate Director and Director Levels)

Role type: Perm & Contract/Temp assignment (long term - can be several years).
Location: London (travel can be required).
 

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who have experience and a passion in the area of forensic/investigative accounting. As our client works internationally the ability to speak a foreign language in addition to English is desirable but not essential. 

Responsibilities

Support the business which could include, presentation, client meetings, project work,Depending on the level manage self or others to perform complete analysis of accounting, finance, economic issues re business transactions;Review of documents to identify items relevant to investigation are deliveredCompile and analyse facts to formulate, check and/or critique financial calculations, claims, or conclusions and present business data to C-suiteDraft reports of findings including the preparation of tables, exhibit and chartMaintain integrity of corporate informationBalance multiple projects and responsibilitiesCommunicate effectively to all levels of the engagementDemonstrate an understanding of risk associated with engagementsSupport the firm in its business development and marketing activities

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Experience of technical and financial advisory work related to accounting, forensic accounting particularly, investigation; prior forensic accounting experience strongly preferred or strong forensic Audit, similarAble to manage a variety of tasks and workstreams; multi-taskDemonstrated experience in business and strategic planning, managing client relationshipsAbility to lead small teams (depending on level), create and deliver work with aim to exceeds client expectationsAbility to work independently and take ownership of specific assignmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft ExcelProfessional presentation and strong communication skills, both written and oral

A strong accounting, finance, and/or economics background requiredGraduate diploma in accounting (or related) requiredMust be flexible with the travel requirements of client service projects (base office in London)Experience working on international assignments
