This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast growing division in SUI. This executive role is a demanding role, requiring a combination of Business Development strategy, leadership, project/ process management and cross functional collaboration skills.
Our client has a large project and is looking to have a market-leading presence in Switzerland; they provide high quality services to clients, partners and employees; you will manage and help develop talented and experienced employees; help develop a delivery infrastructure for rapid growth. The role will be to drive sales of electronic discovery, document review and legal staffing services into law firms and corporates in Switzerland and the DACH region. This person will ideally hold the Personnel Leasing License for our Swiss entity – see the specific requirements below.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate a sufficient understanding of legal and corporate governance matters and take on the necessary fiduciary responsibilities of being (initially) the sole employee of a newly established entity with technical staff provided via other locations and technical staff in SUI added as the right people become available.
Manage a portfolio of named law firms and corporates entities;Articulate value proposition to prospects, clients, partners, and other stakeholdersGenerate leads from existing accounts, cold calling and networkingParticipate in client presentations using negotiating and closing skillsDevelop deep knowledge of the features and functionality of our clients’ proprietary software, third-party software and professional service offerings.Leverage existing relationships and develop new ones with key decision-makers and influencers within targeted law firms and corporatesEducate clients and prospects regarding the full range of our clients’ technology and services via on-site client visits, conferences, events, etc. Collaborate and work closely with a variety of departments within the organization, including Marketing, Operations, Product Management and Finance.
Personnel Lending License
Ideally hold a professional management or Human Resources qualificationSeveral years of direct personnel management or some broad experience of HR-related matters (articulated clearly in work history)A Swiss National or otherwise meeting the requirements of residency for the PLL
Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
Experience and track record of selling at multiple levels within law firms and/or C-level executivesTrack record of building solutions to change business behaviorAbility to visualize, develop and articulate new business concepts with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent relationship building skillsDemonstrated closing skills.Strong presentation skills including ability to perform software demonstrations.Well-developed listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions and clearly discuss business value propositions.Excellent proposal writing skills and ability to manage complex sales engagements.Comfortable with all major Microsoft Office applications.
Extensive travel within the designated sales territory is required, as is periodic travel for training and professional conferences/conventions.
